Class Summary

Agave is the heart of tequila (and mezcal), both spiritually and tangibly. Grown from the coast to the highlands throughout Jalisco, Mexico - it is the Blue Weber agave that we know and love from the cherished tequila. Come explore all the ways that maguey is brought to life in the bottle, from crystal clear blancos to the rich caramel of an anejo - not to mention the surprises to be found in that distant cousin - mezcal! Tasting includes 4+ spirits, light snacks, and one cocktail to finish - lasting around 90 minutes. Please check-in at the Pirate Museum desk 10 minutes prior to your tasting.
