Rum

More than anything else it is sugar cane that defines rum.  Rums place in history, and it's a wild story, is one ultimately about the pursuit of that wild sweet grass of the Caribbean and beyond.

One of the many things that makes rum special is its diversity - light, dark, gold, spiced, flavored, overproof, XO.  All are unique and all are worth exploring - alone or in a cocktail.

It's almost impossible to think of rum without conjuring up images of pirates, especially here in St. Augustine.  As we like to say, "Work like a captain, drink like a pirate!"
